Every chain, every agent, every market runs on computation somebody else performed. We make that computation provable, then anchor it to the most neutral settlement layer that exists.

Prove. Ziren compiles ordinary Rust, C and Go to MIPS32 and emits a proof small enough to verify anywhere.

Settle. GOAT Network carries state to Bitcoin through BitVM2, with a sequencer set anyone can join and BTC as the gas token.

Transact. x402 payments and ERC-8004 identity let autonomous agents pay, earn and build reputation on the same rails.

Ziren is the only production zkVM built on MIPS.

The industry standardized on RISC-V. We went the other way, on purpose. MIPS32r2 is a fixed, finished instruction set: four decades old, documented down to the last delay slot. Optimism's Cannon already trusts it as the fraud-proof VM. Its denser opcodes mean fewer instructions per program, simpler decoding, and a smaller circuit. Our chief scientist designed for MIPS silicon long before he designed proofs of it.

Ziren, formerly zkMIPS, turns MIPS execution traces into Plonky3 AIRs over the KoalaBear field, compresses them by recursion, and wraps the result in a Groth16 or PLONK proof. Guest programs are ordinary Rust, C or Go. It proves live Ethereum blocks on Ethproofs and ships inside Grandine as one of five zkVMs proving Ethereum consensus.

All of it is open: dual MIT/Apache-2.0, audited by Veridise with a second review cycle by Diligence, developed in public every week.

A Bitcoin layer 2 where the sequencer is not a company.

GOAT Network has run since Alpha Mainnet on March 17, 2025, with BTC as its native gas token: over 1.3 million addresses and 12.9 million transactions. State transitions are proven by Ziren. Ordering is done by a decentralized CometBFT sequencer set that pays its operators in BTC, from real gas, not emissions. The BitVM2 bridge, in public testnet, needs only one honest participant to stay safe.

On top of that settlement sits an economy for software that acts on its own: x402 payments across twelve EVM chains, ERC-8004 identity and reputation registries live on-chain. An agent kit exposes 118 actions to five agent frameworks. A pilot with DitoBanx brings self-custodial BTC yield to more than 100,000 users in Mexico, and GOAT operates a validator on Canton Network alongside major financial institutions.

DAC LABS was assembled by people who have shipped this before: co-founders of Metis, and a chief scientist whose career began inside the MIPS architecture that Ziren now proves. ZKM raised a $5M round led by OKX Ventures in 2023. The code is public. Judge us there.
